Chrysanthemum breeder Deliflor’s Deliflorins loyalty scheme is continuing to attract a great deal of interest from the trade.

The programme, the first ever loyalty scheme for cut flowers, allows chrysanthemum buyers to collect codes which they can save up for prizes. Each variety of chrysanthemum has a different code, encouraging buyers to try different varieties

The second quarter of the campaign concluded in April with the presentation of prizes concerning the Baltica Yellow, Fortune and Desire varieties. First prize of a travel voucher, was won by an employee of the Kariflex export company from Rijnsburg, The Netherlands. The second and third prizes were bagged by foreign wholesalers. The Euroflora company from Saint Petersburg in Russia won a single-lens reflex camera and a wholesaler from Latvia can selected a year's subscription to a floristry magazine.

In the coming months, Deliflorins will be promoted at the Flowers & Hortech fair in Kiev in the Ukraine as well as wholesalers and florists in the UK.
