The British Florist Association is giving florists the opportunity to exhibit their services for free at one of the country’s largest bridal shows.
The National Wedding Show, which will be held at the Birmingham NEC from 8-10 October, attracts over 300 exhibitors looking to catch the eye of prospective brides and grooms.
Florists from the Midlands area can win the chance to exhibit for free in the Designer Flower Zone hosted by the BFA.
The zone will be made up of several stands, with individual florists demonstrating their skills with their own bridal showcases.
The normal price of £2,000 for a stand at the show will be waived in return for participating florists helping to decorate public areas of the exhibition including the entrance hall, champagne bar and VIP lounge.
There could also be an opportunity to provide floral designs for bridal catwalk shows throughout the event.
The opportunity is only open to members of the BFA. Florists should send their company details along with examples of their work to events@britishfloristassociation.org before the end of June.
A small administration fee of £100 will be required to secure a place in the Designer Flower Zone.
